Purchase and sale of products

All products available on this Website and displayed on screen are accompanied by a description of their features and price, as well as other relevant information.

1. Price

The prices applicable to the products are those shown at the time of the order. In the product view or listing, prices will be shown including VAT (at the current tax rate). When the user places the order, the system will provide detailed information about the total taxable amount, applicable taxes, and applicable shipping costs.

2. Method of payment

Purchases of products and services on this Website may be paid for by bank transfer and debit/credit card to the account indicated in the system.

Initiating the purchasing process on this Website requires the user's express consent and acceptance of these payment methods, both for consumer products and for the transportation and logistics services used.

3. Order protocol

Once you place an order through the system, you will receive an email to the address you provided with complete order information (order number, payment method, products, shipping method, and full product prices, shipping, and taxes). 4. Return policy

The user has the right to withdraw provided that he or she meets the following conditions:

1º. The product must not have been opened, used, or tampered with, and must remain in its original packaging.

2º. The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the order.

3º. This Website will refund the amounts paid by depositing the payment into the bank account from which the purchase was made (once the product has been received at our warehouses and the information stated in point 1 has been verified).

4º. The buyer must cover the direct costs of the return.

5º. The refund of the amount paid by the applicant will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt and inspection of the product subject to withdrawal.

Compliance with all the points established in this section is mandatory to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If the product arrives at its destination in poor condition, TOMALIA S.COOP. DE ULTERIOR GRADO will cover the return shipping costs, provided that the products are in their original packaging and have not been fully or partially consumed. To process the return, the user must send an email to info@almatomate.com or call +34 924 830 811 indicating the order number, customer information, purchase date, home delivery date, the reference of the product(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return. 

Shipping and delivery of orders

By starting the purchasing process on this Website, the user expressly agrees to accept the costs associated with shipping the order for transportation and logistics services. These costs are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer. The customer will be informed of the exact cost at all times.

Customers outside the Spanish mainland must contact our warehouses prior to placing their order by calling +34 924 830 811 or emailing info@almatomate.com to receive information about the international shipping costs. These costs must be paid in advance by bank transfer or credit card.

The purchased products will be delivered to the person/company and to the address indicated, within the specified timeframe. If part of the merchandise is not available at the time of placing the order, TOMALIA S.COOP. DE ULTERIOR GRADO will refund the amount of the undelivered products, as well as the corresponding portion of the shipping costs for those products.

For domestic shipments, the delivery time is between 24 and 72 hours (excluding weekends) from the date of receipt of payment.

Orders will not be delivered to PO boxes. TOMALIA S.COOP. DE ULTERIOR GRADO reserves the right to withhold shipments of orders with incorrect addresses. In any case, our customer service department will contact the user to report any issues or questions that may arise during order processing.

Limitation of liability

If the User is domiciled outside of Spain, TOMALIA S.COOP. DE ULTERIOR GRADO and the User submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Badajoz (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
