Our cooperative was founded with a clear purpose: to add value to what we grow, without intermediaries and without losing the essence of our roots. We are farmers who, generation after generation, have cared for tomatoes as if they were a treasure. We plant them, we watch them grow, we harvest them at their perfect ripeness, and now we also transform them into something that comes straight to your table: ALMA fried tomato sauce with authentic flavor.

But we don't stick to the same old recipe. We asked ourselves: what if we took our tomato a step further? That's how our flavorful fried tomato sauces were born. Each one tells a different story, but they all have one thing in common: the tomato from our land and the love of those who grow it.
